Spoiler Alert!!!

As promised, my kitchen reveal is set to post this Thursday.

But, if you can't wait until Thursday (I know its an incredibly long time) you can see it today over at Emily A. Clark's blog.

She graciously featured my kitchen makeover in her "Working With" series that I blogged about here.

So get on over there, check it out, and show Emily and me some love.

  4. Love your kitchen. Would you mind sharing the dimensions? Mine is similar I think in size and I'd love to add a table. My husband thinks it will block the walkway. Is your kitchen eat in?
    Thanks for sharing!

  5. In reply to Lisa's question: The table is 31" wide. The distance between the smallest point (the refrigerator and the oven) is 79" (the refrigerator bumps out a few inches from the cabinetry). So at this point there is about 24" on each side of the table. Behind the refrigerator bump out, from counter to counter on each side, it is 92" wide. After the refrigerator bump out, there is about 34" between the counter and the table and on the other side where the stovetop is, there is 28" between the counter and the table. There is definitely not enough room for to people to pass each other on one side of the table, but one person can pass comfortably, although it is a bit tight when you open the fridge door. But I don't mind because I really like the functionality of the island. The kitchen is technically and eat in kitchen, but the eat in area is so small that I decided to put storage furniture there instead of a table and chairs. We use what was supposed to be the formal dining room for all of our meals. Hope this answers your questions!
